Erin McKinney

As an avid traveler and explorer of life, Erin McKinney (USA) practices yoga as a way to find balance, unity, and grounding wherever she may be in the world. After attending her first class at the Bikram Yoga Center in Los Angeles in 2005, she has continued to explore the discipline’s various styles (Bikram, Haatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa) in various cities across the USA and Europe, while developing her own personal style oriented towards going with the flow, breathing deeply, remembering to smile, and bringing positive change into one’s life. She traveled to India in 2013 to practice at the Aryan Vedh Yoga Center and then continued her studies under Divya Elting at the Breathe Yoga and Wellness Center in Pensacola, Florida. In 2015, she moved to Trieste where she practices under the guidance of Gary Bracket at PerForm, which is where she currently teaches.
