Perché 108?
108 è un numero importante perché contiene tre numeri potenti:
Uno, riflette l’unicità e l’interconnettività di ogni cosa.
Zero, evoca il nulla e l’oscurità.
Otto si riferisce all’infinito e alla natura infinita dell’universo e del sé.
L’unione di questi tre concetti può descrivere compiutamente la totalità dell’esistenza. Per questo motivo, il numero 108 ricorre in molti antichi testi sacri come le Upanishad, e nel tempo è stato incorporato in molte pratiche spirituali e tradizionali.

A special Yoga Jam Sessions to celebrate the return of the sun with a Jam session on the eve of the Winter Solstice.
All are welcome, whether beginners or intermediates!
We will do a moving mediation on the healing force of light and create a sequence accessible to all to bring the heat into our bodies on this darkest of the nights.
Why 108? 108 is an important number because it contains three powerful numbers:
One, reflects the one-ness and interconnectivity of everything,
Zero, evokes nothingness and darkness.
Eight, refers to infinity, and the infinite nature of the universe and the self.
The union of these three concepts can fully describe the entirety of existence. For this reason, the number 108 occurs in many ancient sacred texts such as the Upanishads, and over time has been incorporated into many spiritual and traditional practices.
